1. Agreement and service
These terms apply to stillwellai.com and the Stillwell iOS app. Stillwell is designed to create AI meditation guidance audio from text you write or paste, using Google Gemini text-to-speech, with six background choices including None, separate voice and background volume, playback and saving. The first launch is intended for adults in the United States. Audio generation, mixing and saved cloud audio are not yet available; current interface activity does not deliver Gemini-generated audio. Operator identity and contact address are listed below and remain 【待填】. These terms take effect on the Last updated date shown above. An App Store app is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
2. Your account
Sign in using an Apple or Google account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting your device and credentials. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, share access in breach of these terms or bypass security controls. Accounts created through different providers are not guaranteed to merge. The intended Gemini audio service is for users aged 18 or older.
3. Your text and permitted processing
You supply the meditation guidance and confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use it. You retain your rights to your text. You grant Stillwell a limited, non-exclusive authorization to process, transmit to the necessary service providers and convert that text into audio solely to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your text. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit or abusive content, content that violates another person’s privacy, or content intended to impersonate or harm others. Do not submit sensitive medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. AI-generated audio
The intended narration is generated by AI. Pronunciation, pacing, tone and wording may be inaccurate or differ from your expectations. Review generated audio before using it. We do not guarantee a particular result or that every attempt will succeed. We do not promise that AI output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Voice cloning is not part of the current launch scope.
5. Not medical or psychological treatment
Stillwell offers general meditation and relaxation content, not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment. It cannot replace qualified professional advice or treatment. No health, sleep or mental-health outcome is guaranteed. Stop using content that causes discomfort, seek qualified care when needed, and do not listen while driving or doing tasks that require full attention.
6. Pricing, subscriptions and cancellation
Paid checkout is not enabled. Prices, billing model, billing period, included generations or minutes and any free allowance or trial are awaiting confirmation in the shared pricing details below and on Pricing. All Web prices will be stated in USD, with any applicable tax disclosed before confirmation. We will not charge an unconfirmed price or start a subscription from a sign-in button. Any paid subscription will renew automatically until you cancel; one-time purchases, if offered, will not renew. The same cancellation instructions and paid-period access rules appear below and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Apple purchase confirmations govern purchases billed by Apple.
7. Refunds
Web purchases, when enabled through Stripe, are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The first-purchase eligibility window, review target and return timing remain 【待填】 and must be finalized before accepting payment. Apple handles refunds for Apple-billed iOS purchases under Apple’s own process. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.
8. Use of generated audio
Audio provided through Stillwell is licensed for your personal, non-commercial listening and relaxation, subject to these terms and your rights in the supplied text. Commercial distribution, resale, sublicensing, public broadcast or using the audio to impersonate another person is not permitted without separate written permission. This license does not give you ownership of Stillwell branding, software, background sounds or third-party material. Keep your own copy of content you need; future delivery and saving limits must be shown in the applicable plan.
9. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains current processing and the intended Gemini and payment-provider processing when those features become available. Current interface text and preferences are primarily local; sign-in does not guarantee cloud backup or cross-device synchronization. For account access, correction or deletion requests, use our published email and the Account & Data Deletion instructions. Account deletion, local data clearing and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
10. Service changes and termination
We may change or suspend features for maintenance, safety, legal requirements or service discontinuation. Where required, we will notify affected users of material changes and explain any paid-service consequences. We may restrict or terminate accounts for unlawful activity, terms violations or conduct that harms the service or others. You may stop using Stillwell at any time; cancel any active subscription separately. Existing mandatory rights and lawful refund obligations remain.
11. Disclaimers and liability limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or particular AI results. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. The monetary liability cap is 【待填】 and has not been finalized; no specific monetary cap is asserted by this published version.
12. Governing law
United States is the intended launch market. The governing jurisdiction and applicable state law are 【待填】, pending confirmation of the operator’s legal location. This does not remove any mandatory rights or protections under laws that apply to you.
13. Updates and contact
We will publish material terms changes with a new Last updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Contact the support and privacy email below about these terms, your account, payments or content. Operator identity, contact address and service response target are shown below; unconfirmed fields remain clearly marked.

For subscriptions, automatic renewal continues until canceled. Cancel Web subscriptions in Account settings → Billing → Cancel subscription when Web billing becomes available. Cancel iOS subscriptions in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the current paid billing period ends and there is no further renewal. Canceling does not itself request a refund; deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
