1. Service and license
Stillwell provides meditation, relaxation and related content experiences on its website and iOS app. Use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. An app acquired through the App Store is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement rather than replace the applicable Apple app license.
2. Currently available features
Apple and Google sign-in use real accounts. AI generation, voice cloning, membership purchases, credit transactions and cross-device content synchronization remain demonstrations. Demonstration balances, plans and generated results are not actual purchases, delivered audio or synchronization commitments. Features are available only as actually provided and described in your version.
3. Your account
Use an Apple or Google account you are authorized to use, and protect your device and credentials. Do not impersonate others, transfer accounts or bypass security controls. Different sign-in providers are not guaranteed to merge automatically into one account. Contact Stillwell if you discover unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not violate others’ privacy, impersonate someone, distribute unlawful content or disrupt the service. Submit only content you have the right to use. If voice recording or cloning becomes available, another person’s voice requires their express authorization. A demonstration entry does not mean the feature is available.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain your lawful rights to content you submit. You permit Stillwell to process it only as needed to provide a feature you actively request; this does not transfer ownership. Stillwell branding, interfaces and original content are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied, resold or presented as official without permission.
6. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Real purchases are not currently enabled. If App Store purchases are introduced, prices, billing periods, renewal and included features must be shown before confirmation, and the Apple purchase confirmation governs the transaction. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles App Store refunds under its applicable policy. Demonstration website plans are not invitations to pay or a substitute for App Store purchases.
7. Health and content limits
Stillwell meditation, breathing, sleep and relaxation content is for general wellness, not diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease. It does not replace professional medical advice. Results differ between people; no medical or sleep outcome is guaranteed. Seek qualified professional help for persistent discomfort, and avoid content that distracts you during activities requiring attention.
8. Local data and account deletion
Current demonstration content is primarily local. Keep your own copy of anything you need before clearing storage, uninstalling or changing devices. Submit account and personal-data requests as described on the Account & Data Deletion page. Account data, local content and Apple subscriptions must be handled separately; signing out is not account deletion.
9. Changes and responsibility
Maintenance, security work or feature updates may change the service, and network or device problems may interrupt access. These terms do not exclude responsibility required by applicable law or restrict mandatory consumer rights. We may take necessary measures against unlawful use or conduct that harms service security.
