1. Scope and current features
This policy covers stillwellai.com and the Stillwell iOS app. Apple and Google sign-in are available. The intended audio service converts meditation text you supply into an AI voice using Google Gemini, with a chosen background, separate volume controls, playback and saving. Gemini generation, real purchases and cross-device content synchronization are not currently enabled. The future processing described below applies only when those features become available. We will update this policy and obtain consent where required before introducing new personal-data processing. Operator legal name and contact address are 【待填】 and are shown with the shared contact details below.
2. Account, device and connection information
When you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we receive the provider account identifier and the name, email or profile image you authorize the provider to share. Apple may supply a relay email address. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. Account operation and security require sessions, sign-in and update timestamps, an app-generated installation identifier, platform and language. Infrastructure also processes IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser or device information and necessary error logs when you access the service.
3. Your content and local storage
Current interface text, preferences and local audio records are primarily stored in your browser or app on the current device. Signing in does not mean this content has been uploaded or synchronized. Clearing site data, uninstalling the app or changing devices may lose local content. Existing website previews use browser speech capabilities, whose processing depends on your device, browser and speech service. No third-party AI text-generation or voice-cloning service is currently connected. When Gemini narration becomes available, the text you explicitly submit for generation and the necessary voice settings will be sent through our server to Google Gemini to produce audio. Generated audio and any saved copies will be processed to deliver your requested playback and saving features. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. The final audio-storage location and retention period are 【待填】 and must be disclosed before server audio storage is enabled.
4. Why information is used
Account details authenticate and identify accounts and maintain sessions. Device and connection details support operation, security and troubleshooting. Local content restores your experience on the same device. Support messages and attachments you voluntarily send are used to address your request. We do not sell personal information. The current product has no advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
5. Providers and sharing
Apple and Google authenticate the sign-in method you choose. Cloudflare hosts the website, API and account database and provides network and security services. Google mail services process messages you send to our published Gmail support address. Information is shared only as needed to provide these services; providers processing it on our behalf are expected to protect it for the relevant purpose under applicable privacy requirements with protection comparable to this policy. Necessary information may be disclosed for lawful requirements, security or protection of legal rights. Providers may process data in different countries or regions under their policies and applicable law. When audio generation is enabled, Google Gemini will process the meditation guidance and settings you submit for text-to-speech. The intended model is gemini-3.8-flash-tts. Gemini API billing tier and provider data-use/retention settings are 【待填】; we do not assert that Google never retains or uses submissions for improvement. The applicable provider processing must be disclosed before the feature opens. When Web payments are enabled through Stripe, Stripe will process payment information and we will receive necessary purchase, subscription and transaction references for account access, cancellation and refunds. For Apple-billed iOS purchases, Apple handles payment and refunds. Stillwell does not currently collect payment-card details through a checkout. We will not request full card numbers by support email.
7. Permissions and sensitive information
The current experience does not need contacts, precise location or Apple Health data. Voice-cloning recording and remote push notifications are not enabled. Any future feature needing microphone, notification or health-data access will explain the purpose and request appropriate permission before use. Avoid submitting unnecessary identity documents, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive information in meditation text or support messages.
8. Retention, correction and deletion
Account and session information is retained as needed for account service, security and legal obligations. You may email us to request access, correction, export or deletion of account-related data; we will perform necessary identity checks and explain the handling process. Records required by law or reasonably needed for security may be retained for the necessary period with restricted use. Local content must also be cleared on the relevant devices. See the Account & Data Deletion page for details. Before server-generated audio storage is enabled, we will complete and publish its 【待填】 storage and retention details. Payment records, when payments become available, will be retained only as necessary for purchases, refunds, security and applicable legal obligations; deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
9. Security
We use HTTPS transport, system secure storage for app credentials and restricted access to server credentials. No network transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact Stillwell promptly about an account or privacy issue, and do not share passwords, verification codes or session credentials.
10. Children
The intended Gemini audio service is for adults aged 18 or older. Stillwell is not directed at children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact our support email so we can investigate and handle the request.
11. Updates and contact
Changes to information categories, uses or service providers will be reflected here with an updated effective date. A policy update alone does not authorize a feature requiring additional consent. Use the Stillwell support email below for privacy questions, withdrawal of relevant consent or data requests.

For subscriptions, automatic renewal continues until canceled. Cancel Web subscriptions in Account settings → Billing → Cancel subscription when Web billing becomes available. Cancel iOS subscriptions in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the current paid billing period ends and there is no further renewal. Canceling does not itself request a refund; deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
