1. Get help
Email the support address below with the issue, whether you use the website or iOS app, app and operating-system versions, device, and steps that reproduce the problem. You may attach screenshots with sensitive information removed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, session tokens or payment-card information.
2. Apple and Google sign-in
Complete the authorization offered by your selected provider. Apple may provide a relay email; use the same sign-in method as before. Both the Google authorization page and Stillwell callback require a working network path. If a page cannot open or return to the app, note its displayed domain and error for support. Different providers are not guaranteed to merge accounts automatically.
3. Local content and synchronization
Current demonstration content stays in the relevant browser or app on the device. Signing in does not mean meditation text, mixes, credits or membership state is synchronized elsewhere. Do not clear storage or uninstall the app to try to recover important local content. AI generation, voice cloning, real payments and cross-device content synchronization are not yet available.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Stillwell does not currently enable real purchases. If you later purchase an App Store subscription, cancel it in Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app will not cancel it. Use Apple’s services for purchase records and refund requests; demonstration membership buttons do not charge you.
5. Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, export or deletion of account information, read the Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion page and email your request. Identity checks require only necessary information, never your Apple or Google password.
6. Meditation content
Stillwell provides general meditation and relaxation experiences, not diagnosis or treatment. For persistent discomfort consult a qualified medical professional. In an emergency use local emergency services rather than waiting for product support.
